Access to the App is provided exclusively through Apple Sign-In, which links your user profile to your Apple ID. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Apple credentials and ensuring that your associated email address remains valid and accessible.

Any unauthorized use of your Apple account should be reported directly to Apple. We are not liable for any unauthorized access, loss, or misuse resulting from issues related to your Apple ID or third-party access.

3. Use of the App

3.1 Right to access

You are granted a personal, limited, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the App in line with its intended purpose. This includes the ability to collect Points and use them to claim Spots in Prizes. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use and functions as part of a partner-supported reward system.

3.2 Unacceptable use

When using the App, you agree not to engage in behavior that may compromise its integrity or violate any applicable laws. Specifically, you must not:

Break any local, national, or international laws or regulations;
Tamper with the App’s features, interfere with its operation, or attempt to disable security measures;
Use scripts, bots, or other automation tools to artificially influence outcomes or gain an unfair advantage;
Misrepresent your identity or provide false account details;
Share access to your account or allow others to act on your behalf within the App.

Engaging in any of the above may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of your access, without prior notice.

3.3 Early access and testing

During the App’s early beta (β) phase, we may conduct limited Prizes rounds solely for testing purposes. These rounds are designed to assess system performance and user engagement, and may not result in any actual winnings or redeemable rewards. Participation is voluntary and does not entitle users to any form of compensation.

4. Intellectual property

All elements of the App, including but not limited to its content, design, branding, and underlying technology, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without our prior written permission.

5. Points-based participation and third-party involvement

5.1 Participation using points

The App enables users to collect and use Points to claim Spots in prize-based rounds organized in collaboration with partnered casino platforms. The required number of Points, the prize structure, and the rules for each round are determined individually and may vary depending on the specific event and partner.

5.2 Responsibility of partner platforms

We do not own, operate, or control the services of the partner casinos featured in the App. Their platforms, terms, and operational practices are governed independently. We are not responsible for any issues arising from partner services, including but not limited to account registration, eligibility requirements, or fulfillment of partner-side actions necessary to complete participation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. This includes, without limitation, issues such as technical interruptions, loss of Points or Prizes, unauthorized access to your account, or complications resulting from the use of third-party services integrated into or linked from the App.

7. Access rights and suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we determine that such action is necessary for operational, legal, or security reasons. In the event of termination, any unused Points or pending Spots in active or upcoming Prizes rounds may be reviewed and voided at our sole discretion.

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational practices. Any updates will take effect once published within the App. By continuing to use the App after such updates are posted, you acknowledge and agree to the revised Terms.
